Now using some of the example backgrounds that the book "Build Your Own Website the Right Way", I will attempt to demostrate some background images
I think this is how it works?
This is what is called a repeated background image. As you can see the picture I choose really gives that away.
And this is how you do this!
Interesting enough, this is called a horizontal repeat with a vertically created image.
This is partly accomplished with a "x-axis" "y-axis" realationship.
...It has taken me a couple of weeks to figure this out...
This is the same idea as the horizontal repeat above but this is called a vertical repeat and it has the same funny idea to use an image that is created horizontally.
Here is just a simple "non-repeating" image
All I did was specify that there should be no repeats in the CSS.
For cleanliness reasons, I moved my fixed heights and widths example to a new page so that we can get the full effect.
